其實我應該繼續讀書,不應該來打屁的
不過既然有人有疑問了,身為一個資深的汽車駕駛兼重機騎士
我覺得我有必要說說自己的想法與見解
第一、為什麼 550cc 以上可以上(梅花)國道、125/400cc 不可以
關於這一點,我們可以從車子本身的『能力』來做解釋
(梅花)國道最高限速約 110~120km/hr
以一般 125/150cc 級距的車子『實速』或許有可能辦到
但重點不在於辦不辦的到,而在於『加速』的能力!
換句話說,就是需要花多少的時間才能達到這樣的速度並且保有『餘力』
為什麼?因為唯有足夠的能力(制動、加速)才能夠有足夠的『反應力』
足夠的加速力,在足夠人類反應的時間內能讓車有能力瞬間(極短時)避開
或離開突發的危險源。
而這方面最具體的表現,可以由最基礎的 0~100km 加速做為參考
我手邊沒有SGS的資料,只能在網路上估狗參考

裡面有提到『兩輪誌』的測試結果如下:
Kymco Racing 150︰0-100km/h耗時18.62秒。極速102.4km/h。
SYM Fighter 150ZR︰0-100km/h耗時18.75秒。極速107.2km/h。
PGO Tigra︰0-100km/h耗時20.55秒。極速108.58km/h。
由這些資訊可以推測,就算是幹架王、彎道情人,也需要將近 18~19 秒的時間
才能達到速限,同時也是車子的『極限』了
什麼是極限?講的具體一點,就是毫無餘力了。
沒有餘力,代表你一路都是緊繃狀態,這和有餘力的駕駛反應力是差很多的。
而一般的 250cc 以上機車,0~100km 需要多久?
保守一點,我只知道我以前騎的 CB400 入門車可以在 6 秒內辦到,
而且可能只是 4 檔 8000 轉而已。
我現在的 CB1300 我推算大概也只要 4 秒可以辦到…
這不是炫耀車子的利害,而是要保有一定的『餘力』才能有一定程度的『反應力』
我最常用的速域也不過就是 5 檔 3000~3500 rpm,而這時的時速已經到了 100km/hr 了
另外,網路上估狗到的 Nissan March 原廠 0~100km 大概是 14 秒
雖然不怎麼漂亮,但 March 的極速可不只 100km/hr。
而為什麼限制是 550,不是 251、不是 300、不是 400
這種東西(機車能力),隨著廠商、設計的不同,沒有絕對的答案
這是是一個光譜的連續體,而不是固定的『點』
限制是 550 而不是 400/300/250 我只能說是鬼島的政策(政治)考量
你就算去問大法官,大法官也會跟你說這不是他的解釋範圍(例如:釋字328號)
在 ptt 上對這種問題鑽研,其實並沒有意義,也完全得不到答案。
第二、為什麼可以不用待轉
其實…很簡單,就是『迴轉半徑』的問題罷了。
如果你騎過大車,你就會知道迴轉半徑到底差多少
這也是為什麼大車那麼容易發生『原地倒』的原因之一。
不是每個路口都有足夠面積去容納大車的迴轉半徑。
(尤其台灣人等紅燈時,明明不是待轉車,卻喜歡越線跑到待轉區 STAND BY 佔用)
而為什麼是 250 以上,不是 150/125?
明明 Ducati monster 696 很小台、SYM T2 那麼大台…
一樣,這只能說是『平均值』和『政策政治考量』
問誰都不會有『標準』答案
結論,請看開吧
公共政策的產生,本來就是國會、行政機關、利益團體這鐵三角的角力結果。
這不是算數學,社會上很多議題其實都沒有所謂的『標準』答案。
依照諾貝爾經濟學獎得主 H.Simon 的說法
人沒有完全理性、全知全能的可能,只能在有限的方案裡,找到『能接受』的選擇
而 550 的這個標準,就是上述鐵三角角力後『能接受』的結果罷了。
很多人看到重機開放(其實應該是路權回復,不是開放)
就開始要求重機要把自己當成汽車…
但是,要求重機騎士的這些人有把重機當成汽車嗎?
看到重機在快車道就是不爽,就是要逼一下,把重機趕回慢車道,層出不窮啊。
回歸原點,要求重機騎士要把重機當成汽車看待,我是沒有異議
但是看看這張照片吧

汽車就是這樣開啊,大家見怪不怪,像是約定成俗一般
但重機一樣這樣騎為什麼就要被當成洪水猛獸?
乖乖的列隊騎,就變成佔據道路
在快速道路上依速限跑 90km/100km 就說是狂飆
切換車道,就是蛇行(蛇行和變換車道是兩回事吧?)
在一般交通工具上的行為,套到重機上全變成該死的原罪了。
我百思不得其解!
或許我去看看 Karl Marx 的資本論,研究一下階級鬥爭能得到一些啟示也不一定

最後,不用給我戴帽子,我一樣對假牌、亂騎的重機騎士深痛惡絕。
